Stephen Patrick Tiso, age 57, of Carver, passed away on Thursday, December 13, 2012, in his home. He was the the loving husband of Joan (Donnarumma) Tiso. Born on March 13, 1955, in Brockton, he was the son of the late Pasquale & Dorothy (Murray) Tiso. He attended Brockton High School where he played football and was a member of the ski club. He was a devoted Patriots fan and had a true love for outdoor sports, particularly fishing. He was a member of the Upland Sportsman’s Club in Plympton. Stephen always put his family and friends first, always there to lend a hand any way he could. Along with his wife, he is survived by his son, Matthew and daughter, Bethany and her husband Dan Morgado; all of whom he loved deeply. He was also the oldest brother of four siblings; Jackie Cummings, Michael, Christopher and Anthony. Memorial visiting hours at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, (Route 58), Carver, on Wednesday, December 19, from 4:00-7:15 PM, followed by a prayer service at 7:30 PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America, Inc., 460 South River Street, Marshfield, MA 02050.
